Another beautiful autumn day, another exciting Koraunui School event!  The stage was set for the annual Junior Cross-Country. The course was looking amazing thanks to Matua Bruce, the volunteers were all in place and the children were eagerly awaiting the start of their races. This year we ran a separate combined race for the Year 0s. The whistle blew and each year group sprinted off, running fast, jumping over obstacles, climbing steps and hills until finishing with speed down the final stretch.  Everyone completed the course and everyone was happy 😊

Below are the final results for each race; however, on the day everyone was a winner as every child ran the best race they could.
