New drinking water pipe for Kairimu Street and Akepiro Grove. 

Work has begun today to replace 435 metres of drinking water pipe on Kairimu Street and Akepiro Grove. 

The contractor carrying out this project is GP Friel. They expect to begin the work in late-May and have it completed in August 2026. 

Traffic management will be in place to keep everyone safe and guide traffic around the works.
