Next week we are celebrating Tonga Language Week. 

The 2026 theme for Tonga Language Week is Ko 'etau hiva, ko e fe'unu mahu'inga ia ki he mo'ui 'a e Tonga - Our music is a vital strand of our Tongan culture. 

We are all looking forward to learning about Tongan culture.

Over the past few weeks we have been celebrating Cook Island Māori, Kiribati and Vanuata Language Weeks.

The theme for Cook Islands Māori Language Week was “Me kite koe i te tuatua i to’ou reo tupuna, e turanga rangatira tena nō’ou no te uki amuri atu" - With our language as our foundation, we will embrace the future.
