The triennial election for parent representatives for the school board is taking pace again this September. This is an opportunity for parents to become involved in school life as a governance level. Our board needs 5 parent representatives to work alongside 1 staff representative and Dave as principal. 16 June 2021 update
Our Board of Trustees currently has 2 parent representative vacancies to fill.
Voting forms and information for the up-coming by-election will be sent out in the next few days. We encourage you all to have a read of the information and make your vote before voting closes on Friday 16 July at 4.00pm. A ballot box will be in the office foyer for completed voting forms.
This is an opportunity for parents to put their hand up and make a positive difference for all of our children’s education. We are looking for people willing to use their skills and experiences for the benefit of students. If you would like to find out more about becoming a trustee you can talk to any of the current trustees or go to the School Trustee Elections website for more information.
26 May 2021 - notice of School Board of Trustees By-Election Jun 2021
Nominations are open for the election of two (2) parent representatives to the board of trustees.
All eligible voters will receive a nomination form and a notice calling for nominations - you can use this form to nominate yourself or someone in your community.
If you need more nomination forms, contact the school office.
Nominations close at noon on Monday 13th June 2021. You may provide a signed candidate statement and photograph with your nomination.
The electoral roll is held at the school and can be viewed during normal school hours.
As nominations are received, there will be a list of candidates' names kept at the school up until election day, which you can view.
Voting closes at 4pm on Friday 16 July 2021
