We started the year working in Think Crews

This was a bit strange for some of us at first!
Having to share our ideas, make sure that everyone was included and that all ideas were listened too and discussed.

The first few times we tried, we didn't do so well. BUT THAT WAS OK!!!
We spent time brainstorming what it looks like and sounds like when a team is working well together. Then we tried again.

We found that it is easier to stay with the same people for a few weeks so that we can get to know them better and understand how they learn.
We have continued working with our crews for lots of different activities, especially in maths.
We have become so much better at not only sharing our ideas, but listening to other people and discussing what everyone thinks.
